I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Airserve's installation and subsequent service of a brand new unit at our premises. Since the installation, we have encountered a series of issues that have caused significant inconvenience, financial burden, and frustration.
The unit was initially installed incorrectly, leading to multiple problems and the need for emergency service visits. Each time a technician was sent to address the freezing issue, we received inconsistent explanations for the problem. We were first told that an additional filter was needed, then informed that the additional filter itself was causing the freezing and a cleaning was required. Despite incurring additional charges for the cleaning and coolant addition, the unit still failed to work properly.
Furthermore, during subsequent visits, technicians provided conflicting explanations and temporary fixes that did not address the root cause of the problem. A new motor was installed at an additional charge, but even after this replacement, our air conditioner continues to malfunction. This is unacceptable when we have babies in our home in the over 100° temperature.
The lack of resolution, combined with the financial burden we have incurred, is unacceptable. We trusted Airserve to deliver a fully functional and reliable system, but their service has been inconsistent, unprofessional, and ineffective. The ongoing issues have caused us significant discomfort and inconvenience.
In conclusion, we are deeply dissatisfied with Airserve's installation and service experience. We urge them to take immediate action to rectify the situation, thoroughly investigate the unit's problems, and provide a comprehensive plan of action to resolve the issues promptly. Failure to address our concerns satisfactorily may result in seeking alternative options, including legal recourse for the breach of contract.
We hope that Airserve takes our feedback seriously and improves their services to prevent other customers from experiencing similar issues.
Your technician, Ray DeLeon, was the young man sent to my house after I called the office with a concern I had with the fan not turning on like it should. He was definitely thorough in explaining any questions I had and was super courteous with any of my concerns. He found nothing wrong with the thermostat but left me with peace of mind. He also explained a preventative measure I could take to extend the life of the unit which I declined for now but will definitely take into consideration in the future. Words cannot explain my heartfelt thanks for an awesome job performance.
Ray Deleon did a professional job by going over each step of the process. Ray communicated thru the whole process explaining the recommendations that I needed to extend the life of my system. Highly recommend him and hope to continue to have a service relationship in the future.
This is my first time owning a home so seasonal maintenance of the AC/Heating unit was either done by an employed contractor of the military base I lived on or the apartment/rental house.
When I purchased my home, I was surprised by a prepaid Service Maintenance for Spring. I know the couple I bought the house from & I felt like I was given another blessing because the husband always researches everything they get or have done. He even researched who to vote for.
Anyway, I called AireServ to let them know that I’m the new owner & to schedule an appointment.
I was very impressed with the receptionist. Very friendly, understanding, informative AND she even talked with me for a little bit. I told her that I appreciated her company being so professional & explained why I am continuing with their service for the remainder of me owning my home.
I was notified by text message several times before my scheduled appointment. On the day of my appt, I received a text that my Service Professional would arrive between 3-5 pm. About 10 minutes before he arrived, I received a text letting me know that he was on his way & I was given his first & last name with a site to track his progress.
When he arrived, he greeted me with a smile & a warm hello. I asked for his name & he told me. Of course, he came in their maintenance vehicle & wore a uniform with his name on his shirt.
His name is Mr Ray DeLeon & he was very professional, friendly, informative & told me what he was going to be doing.
After he was finished in the attic, he took me up there & showed me what he did. He also gave me a few suggestions to consider. Unbeknownst to Mr DeLeon, he helped me in overcoming my fear of the attic.
Next, he went outside to do maintenance, check the levels, etc. I was able to watch a few times as I passed the window. Very professional. Stayed at the Unit & was never on his cell phone.
When the service was completed, we went over a few important areas, he updated my email address and I was thrilled to prepay for my next 2 services.
That, in itself, takes a whole lot of future stress off of me. It’s a definite win for me.
I highly recommend AireServ of Rockport to anyone who is looking to have their system maintained. We all know how hot the summer gets.
After all, they have already been thoroughly researched & I was impressed with Mr Ray DeLeon. I am actually requesting he return in 6 months.
